What gyaru says
These are basically some phrases used by young girls (or guys, why not) in Japan by gyaru or trendy people, as a matter of facts most of them are made up by them. Like, there are words that don't mean anything -grammatically speaking- but in a young contest they have become significant. That's the case for the first two.
This is very classical, in fact everybody who loves Japan must know it: 'Kawaii,ne' (the very simple way). This one below, is read differently but I'm certain you know it, right? :)
